- No parties or events

- No pets allowed

- Maximum 2 occupants at any time

Cancellation Policy:

This reservation is refundable depending on the date of cancellation and source of booking.

- 0% cancellation fee: more than 30 days from arrival.

- 50% cancellation fee: between 30-14 days from arrival.

- 100% cancellation fee: less than 14 days from arrival.

We reserve the right not to refund transactional fees in the event of any cancellations or refunds of bookings. Please note cancellation policies differ if you book via a third-party website.
